As eggs are natural products, variations may occur.

In the event of product unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a refund or store credit.

8. Transport and Liability
The risks associated with transportation are transferred to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Ovolis cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, breakages, or damage caused by the carrier.
If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer must report reservations to the carrier immediately upon delivery.
9. Hatch Rate
Ovolis cannot guarantee a specific hatch rate.
Successful incubation depends on several factors, including:
- Transport conditions;
- Egg storage conditions;
- Incubator settings;
- Humidity levels;
- Temperature;
- Incubation practices applied by the customer.
No refund may be requested based solely on the hatch rate achieved.
10. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or products likely to deteriorate rapidly.
As hatching eggs are fragile and perishable products, no returns or withdrawals will be accepted once the order has been shipped.

The customer must provide any relevant evidence necessary for the evaluation of the claim.
12. Data Protection

14. Defective or Unfertilized Eggs
As eggs are natural products, Ovolis cannot guarantee a specific hatch rate.
However, in the event that eggs are found to be infertile, unfertilized, or visibly defective upon inspection, a claim may be reviewed only if sufficient evidence is provided (photos, videos, or any other proof demonstrating the issue).
After verification, compensation may be granted exclusively in the form of store credit valid on Ovolis.fr.
No claim will be considered without sufficient supporting evidence.
15. Force Majeure
Ovolis shall not be held liable for failure to perform an order due to force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
16. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Ovolis reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date the order is placed.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
